AMIRNET with Special Test Accommodations

Special test accommodations are available only to examinees who registered via the NITE website for a test given in one of the NITE Test Centers located across Israel. It is not possible to receive special accommodations to take the test at any of the academic institutions.

NITE’s Test Centers are accessible to people with a range of disabilities. Moreover, tests are administered in rooms with a limited capacity and fitted with comfortable chairs (next to a table).

Preparing to submit a request? Make sure you carefully read the instructions pertaining to the required documentation for each type of request.

Please note: As of March 17, 2025, the format of the AMIRNET test will change. The test will include experimental sections with four new question types. Every examinee will receive two experimental sections to complete. You may not choose which type of experimental questions will be included in your test and it is possible that you will receive two sections of the same question type. Examinees who receive special test accommodations will receive two sections containing Grammar in Context questions.

Therefore, these examinees will not receive experimental sections that are not appropriate for their particular restrictions. For example, examinees with a hearing impairment will not receive Listening Text Continuation sections.
